Adam Buxton...? That looks distinctly like Armando Iannucci's work from Time Trumpet.
Incidently, there's a famous(?) case from about Easter Monday 1948 or something when the BBC Home Service bulletins actually announced "There is no news today" quite simply because there was... er, no news.
Is this what happens when we in PR stop working?
How bizarre....was that real?
ha ha...
It's so difficult to watch without screaming at the screen going "SAY SOMETHING"..
