Great video. I am an ex Textie who's since moved over to the dark side of professional services post the fallout from the dot.com debacle. Web 2.0 is highly inclusive worldwide phenemonon which has brought out the latent writer/editor/publisher/communicator in many. Problem I find though is having the time to sift through the junk - as there is a hell of a lot of it out there. I've struggled to find online a reputable agency who has moved beyond blogging to really embrace social networking aspects. If you come across any, and feel like "sharing" let me know.
